Applied online. Received email a couple of days later asking me to come in for a group interview on a Sunday morning. There were about 7 of us and it was very casual. An assistant manager and key holder led the interview. Asked us random personality questions. I think they were trying to see who was the most outgoing. Told us we would get an email for a one-on-one interview with the manager within the week if they were interested. Still waiting to hear.
The interview focused less on technical retail knowledge and more on personality, communication, teamwork, customer experience, and alignment with the company values and culture.
The questions required thoughtful and personal answers, so preparation definitely helps. It felt like they were looking for authenticity, self awareness, and strong people skills rather than scripted answers.
Advice for candidates: prepare real examples from previous experiences and practice speaking naturally on camera. Energy and communication style seem very important in the process.

It was a group interview, 4 questions and able to add onto answers afterwards. Asked about previous work experience, what makes you a dependable person, etc. It took about an hour, had to wait 1.5 months to hear back
