As others have stated, I actually applied and thought I was interviewing for a key leader position- but then was told in the group interview that they hire educators first and then move inside employees up the ladder.
The first interview was a group of about 8 candidates, one assistant manager and one key leader. It was at 8am and we sat in a common area inside the mall. It was a great experience as I felt more like the group was just getting to know each other more so than being interviewed. I feel in a group this size, you have to be yourself but also strive to speak up and stand out in a good way. Be confident with what you say.
The second interview was 2 days later and was myself, another candidate, the other assistant manager, and another key leader. We met for coffee to chat before a yoga session. It was very laid back and I enjoyed getting to know everyone including the other candidate.
The last interview was 5 days after the initial group interview and was a one on one with the store manager. It went pretty quickly. We met at a coffee shop and chatted. I was told I would hear something by the end of the day.
I didn't hear anything at the end of the day and began to stress a little. Turns out my background check took longer than expected. I was offered a part time position about a week after the initial group interview.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
