Online test. (Quant, Verbal and Visual) followed by personal interview for shortlisted candidates. The interview was just for 10 minutes and the interviewer himself was not interested in taking the interview. He didn't even see my resume. They had a particular format of bio to fill, that was being referred. I was asked to tell about myself, explain my major project and then a few simple technical questions were asked. Out of 4 people shortlisted for interview from Mechanical Background, they selected one.
