The interview was going well, after the first talk we were discussing details of the role and next meetings with the manager. The meeting with manager and one more person from their side felt more like interrogation than an interview during which usually people try to get to know each other. Was rather weird and awkward. I had 2 more meetings with people higher up, then went to the office to meet the team. In the end they told me they actually don't have a budget to hire anyone so it's cancelled.
However, the worse had to come - after some months the recruiter told me now they can hire and I'm still the top candidate. She said they will be sending me an offer if I'm still interested, which I agreed to. Then the recruiter started to behave very weird and said actually it's cancelled as well.
Weird and awkward people, waste of time, 0 respect toward the candidate, just avoid.

Entrevista
They make you do a project as the first part of the interview creating an itinerary based off a client profile. Probably took me about 3 hours but I wasn't too bothered. Then I was invited to interview, scheduled a time, and then 2 days before my interview was informed the role has been filled. I find it strange that they would hire before interviewing all candidates. I find it very frustrating that they think it's ok to waste a candidates time like that and feel like I dodged a bullet.
