Very easy and quick process, interview took 15 minutes. At the beggining they ask u to show your passport so have that ready (I didn't, and then forgot where I put it, embarrasing :) they do mention that in the email. The hiring manager was also very nice and responsive to what you are saying which I appreciated.

Trial shift and couple of questions.
They showed me around,
Gave uniform and told me everything that I need to know.
Questions were easy, just to know what you are looking for
Applied online and received a zoom interview invitation after few days.
The zoom interview was very quick and the interviewer did not really tell much about the job and asked me if I have experience in hospitality. They asked my preferred shift and what days I would be available, it seems to me that they only look for people who are fully flexible for any shift pattern.
