I recently applied for a operations manager position at ironsorce. As part of the application process, I was sent a home test. The test was multiple choice, so I expected to receive feedback quickly. However, it has been over a week and I have not heard back from the company. I am very disappointed with the way Ironsource has handled this process. First, they did not provide any contact information in the email with the home test. This made it difficult to ask questions or get clarification. Second, they have not provided any feedback on my test results. This is very unprofessional and makes me question their commitment to hiring qualified candidates. I would not recommend anyone apply for a job at Ironsorce. Their hiring process is disorganized and disrespectful of candidates' time. I would also be hesitant to work for a company that is so unresponsive to candidates' concerns. Additionally, I would like to point out that the home test was very poorly designed. The questions were vague and ambiguous, and the answer choices were often not mutually exclusive. This made it difficult to select the correct answer. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Ironsorce. I would not recommend them to anyone.
