I’m already confused with the interview process. It was sloppy and they didn't prepare anything before the interview. The interviewer asked me the provided code even they didn’t ask me before to provide any code. Also, I wasn’t expecting to solve a problem because I asked in the mail whether I’ll have live coding or not and he replied as there will not be live coding. I think they do not know what it means. Another software developer also attended the meeting but he has no functionality in the meeting. He just watched all the interview. It was all weird.

After 1 month after applying, an HR person reached out to me for a short introduction call.
Immediately after the call I received the instructions for a technical task which should be completed within a week.
I sent the task...
After 2 weeks I received an email from the HR that the assigned person couldn't check it and they will select a new technical person for the review.
Then I was invited to the technical interview.
After the interview I waited 1 month without any update.
I sent an email to the HR asking what is the status.
After one week I received the response, that all the feedback is positive, technical and communication skills are on a high level.
BUT due to internal changes and limited capacity within the team for the onboarding they are putting the recruitment on hold, and maybe in 6 months they will reach out and discuss the options.
The opportunity is still visible on their site.
I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism in my life.
Do not waste your time and do not apply there!
