-3rd round with CEO--> he will grill you and yes, his tone is condescending. After the interview, I was ghosted with no response from the company.

Entrevista
Everything seemed great. Went through standard interview process with HR and head of CS. I met with CEO and was slightly nervous after reading the terrible reviews about him. The reviews were true. He joined with no camera on, didn’t want to get to know me or really talk about himself. He read his question to me, and seemed completely distracted or was occupied doing something else during my chat. Having come from a company with bad C level leadership. This looks to be more of the same. Why would I want to work for a place that clearly will just treat me as a number v person? CEO needs to not be interviewing people as it was a huge turn off from the company. He was robotic and not personable.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly quick and straightforward. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to complete a short case study outlining how I’d handle specific customer scenarios. I also had one final panel-style interview with a couple of stakeholders from the leadership team.

One of the questions that stood out was: “How do you handle difficult customers who are frustrated with product limitations?” They seemed very focused on how you communicate under pressure and navigate client expectations when internal resources are limited.
