They never asked me for my resume to be shared though I offered to. All they wanted my linkedin profile since it had information of the product that I had built. The only round I had was with the CEO. He did not turn on his camera, was on mute multiple times, that I had to ask him to get off mute. All he wanted was to get in-depth information of the product, which I refused to divulge. He pushed for me to show him a demo of the product in the interview, I told get in touch with the sales team. He never introduced himself, he never asked me about my skills, all he wanted was to understand how my company built our core product. In short, I think if this is the core of what the leadership is built on , un-ethically trying to build products based on scalping information from other, god help this place.
