The interview process was simple, efficient and genuinely enjoyable. The application moved quickly, and communication throughout was clear and timely. When I was invited to present my challenge, the panel put me at ease - they created a relaxed, welcoming environment that felt more like a two‑way conversation than a formal assessment. Instead of being tested, I felt listened to, and encouraged to bring my authentic perspective. That mutual, open dialogue helped calm my nerves and gave me a real sense of the team’s culture. Overall, it was a positive interview experience!

3 stage interview process - very positive process. An initial call with the Talent partner to explore my suitability to the role, discuss salary and hybrid expectations. 1st round interview - introductions with the hiring manager, a chance to learn more about the role and innocent, and some competency based questions. 2nd interview round - I was given a case study prior to the interview and was tasked to prepare a presentation which answered how I would tackle my chosen solution. The interview also included deeper competency questions. Overall I had a really positive interview process. innocent’s talent partner Lukasz ensured the process ran very smoothly and I was kept regularly informed throughout.
