I would say the interview was not difficult, but not easy either. Both HR and Manager asked relevant industrial questions, mostly related to social media and moderation. There was an online test given before you could proceed to the interview. The assessment was average, if you are in the moderation and social media industry, it would be easy for you to answer.

It seems the recruitment team doesn't really read CVs before scheduling an interview with candidates? Which I find regrettable, since it made the interview awkward. However, the person who interviewed me was really lovely and their experience was inspiring. I remain interested in this company, despite finding this particular role not really fitting at all.
