Very easy and simple. I had an online face to face interview with a recruiter. She asked me about my educational background and my teaching experience. She asked if I was working on my teaching certificate and if I could commit to 5 hours per week and I said yes to both questions. We then did a brief mock teaching session where she pretended to be a student and I taught her a slide from the lesson. Smile big and keep your energy up at all times while teaching!

There were 7 questions. 3 about you personally, an introduction about your teaching background, and the rest were mock situations about teaching. They give you 60 seconds to record first and only one chance at re-recording.
It was quick. they asked a few questions and then i did a 3-4 min demo on selected slides. very laid back interviewer. all in all very easy and painless.

A brief 15 minute interview where you first answer a few confirmation questions, and then do a small demo. Very easy to pass if you use TPR. Friendly interviewer and she made the whole process very comfortable.
