Easy. Engaging. Informative. You'd have to be confident and they will walk you through the rest. The onboarding process is also easy. You will be sent a lesson plan that you will have to prepare and give a demo. The demo is nearly five minutes and the interview about ten.
The payment submission can be a bit tacky since it's wired and not through PayPal but once you get all details verified and through, then it's not much of a hassle and smooth.

There were 7 questions. 3 about you personally, an introduction about your teaching background, and the rest were mock situations about teaching. They give you 60 seconds to record first and only one chance at re-recording.
It was quick. they asked a few questions and then i did a 3-4 min demo on selected slides. very laid back interviewer. all in all very easy and painless.

A brief 15 minute interview where you first answer a few confirmation questions, and then do a small demo. Very easy to pass if you use TPR. Friendly interviewer and she made the whole process very comfortable.
