The recruitment session lasted an entire day and had 3 parts. A test of programming without internet access, psycho-technical tests and group dynamics. The test of how programming was without internet access should be a little easier. It wrapped files and if we do not use it in the day to day we do not know the code. The psychotechnical tests involved the logical part and the understanding part. In group dynamics we are evaluated in the way that we interact with colleagues who were with us. They give a small challenge and then we have to defend the solution found by us.
