I had 3 rounds of interview. First was 15 min HR screening call who asked about project experience and technology worked on. 2nd was Web Dev Technical Screening who asked about overall experience, tech stack worked on, and basic questions. 3rd was with hiring manager who understood about the prior experience and technology worked on. Every interviewer was very friendly to talk to and we had a healthy discussion. Got rejected after Hiring Manager round, and they did not gave out much detail. If they want to check whether candidate is suitable or not atleast ask technical questions in the round you are rejecting, to see whether he has knowledge or not. Seeing unfortunate feedback even after having good discussion is disappointing.
