Went through three rounds of a four-round interview process and was surprised by how disorganized it was. I was contacted by a recruiter with a job description for a senior analyst position, responded that I was interested, and was immediately asked whether I had A/B testing or optimization experience, which weren't listed in the JD. I answered no. The recruiter stopped responding, then messaged me again a month later saying they'd that they were hiring for separate analytics and optimization roles, and they'd like to move ahead with me for the former. I had a phone screen with the recruiter's manager, who asked me to summarize my experience in my last few roles, but wasn't able to provide many more details about the opening. I had a video call with an analyst, who asked me technical questions about analytics implementation and how I'd approach common business problems. I had a second video call with the hiring manager, who told me that, no, A/B testing and optimization experience were still integral to the role, and that I was unqualified. I did not receive a rejection email or any subsequent message from the recruiter.

The interview process ran for around 1 hour and involved case study questions, with guesstimates and some basic questions on Digital marketing to know the domain understanding. There were a few HR related questions too.
