Steamlined process of a panel with the main hiring lead and a member of the devlopment team. Starts off with knowledge around algorithms and then goes into simple leetCode like coding challenges. Nothing out of the ordinary but the recruiters are very supportive and encouraging.

Entrevista
Good mix of professional, but also relaxed to ensure company values were evident. Good for students who are extra nervous and new to interviews. Didn't ask a bunch of stupid "Give me a scenario when you were a leader" questions because they are intelligent and realize that stuff doesn't matter for developers.
