It started with initial resume application. Selected applications proceeded to a phone interview. Further selected applicants were called in for in-person interview. For the final selection process, a second interview was held to test related work skills. The in-person interviews were held by one of the founder's of iPro, Fedele Colucci, and his assistant, both of whom are very friendly and created a very warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere.
