Hiring process was very positive. Received an offer, talked it over with my family for about a week, and accepted the position. Very accommodating. Two interviews: one phone interview and one in person at the office. the interview was very standard for the industry. They requested a portfolio and resume and I optimized both to cater to the company's specific business. Make sure you research a company before you apply.

What's your biggest weakness in the work environment.
Easy to connect with the interviewer and the interview itself was fairly normal. Relevant questions were asked, creative questions were asked, I was told I'd hear back in a few days.

It was a 5 minute interview with the owner. He barely glanced at anything, asked me very few questions, acted like he didn't care, then abruptly left. Surprise - I was hired the next day.
