This was a phone interview, mostly for screening purposes. However the interview was with a Product Manager, not an HR person, which was refreshing. It's a smallish company, 20 people or so. They do their assembly in-house from overseas parts suppliers: nice to know I could walk out to the floor and see my work. AND talk with the assemblers to get their feedback!

The hiring manager reached out to me to set up an interview. We selected a time and day for a phone call. Despite providing my phone number, I never received a call. There was no follow up.
