Very laid back and comfortable. Surprisingly easy going atmosphere and line of questioning. Felt confident in my chances halfway through the interview. Was as if they were a bit desperate for anybody, let alone good qualified people.
Met with Director of Operations for a face-to-face interview. It was mostly an informal interview which included a verbal knowledge test of area. Follow-up included questions of management style, availability and how I would handle disciplinary issues.

Person conducting the interview was super welcoming and did not come off as initiating at all and made it feel more like a conversation between two people of getting to know someone rather than just a tedious interview.
