The interview process spanned 2-3 weeks, first with a recruitment coordinator and then with the managing editor. It was for a part-time writing role in the mornings that I was definitely qualified for. After each phase of the process went well, days passed and I heard NOTHING. I followed up was informed they went with another candidate. How rude to make me dedicate that much time, energy and stress only to ghost me. Never again will I apply to this company.
