Applied online and a view weeks later I got a call for a phone interview. Next they scheduled an in person interview. Depending on how well you do they will give you another in person interview. There are five levels to getting hired at iHeartMedia. Application, Phone interview and more in person interviews and/or phone interviews.

Excellent, nice people Excited about what they are working on. Focus about where they are headed. Had three rounds of interviews, each one provided different perspectives about what it is like working there,

Really easy, they ask a few question to get to know your personality and why would you like to work there. It is a group interview so be yourself but also be outgoing
