30 minute screener. Then on site 1 hour with a C suite member and HR Manager. It was an absolute pleasure interviewing for this position. The HR manager followed up on every email I sent within an hour, and called me personally to tell me that they're going another direction. It was the most personalized and heart warmed rejection I've ever gotten from any organization and it speaks highly to how they conduct themselves.
