You have to do a demo of how you would teach first coding class. Then they ask you about how you would deal with kids and kids parents. They give a situation and you need to tell them what you would do. For instance, what if you get a phone call from a parent that the kid is not finding the materials engaging. What would you do?

A casual, friendly one-on-one interview. Got to talk about my background in tech as well as what courses I'd be most interested in teaching and other details about the job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and they were very thorough and transparent about the details. As this was a very recent interview, at the time of writing I have not yet received a decision.
