Based on my experience, I would stay far away from this company. I had three interviews, all that went very well and were fairly straightforward. I was told I would hear back by the week after my final interview whether I could expect an offer or not. Well, it’s nearly 3 weeks later and despite two follow ups, I have heard nothing. Ghosting a cold application? Fine, every company does that. But to take a candidate through a full interview process and then completely leave them in the dark, is extremely rude and unprofessional. If that’s an indication of how they run things, I would avoid this place at all costs.

The interview process itself wasn’t bad. I made it through multiple rounds, including a final one with a VP, and everyone I spoke with was nice. The role and company seem interesting, and I had a referral.
That said, the communication toward the end was awful. After my final interview I emailed HR a week later and got a vague reply saying they’d have an update “soon.” It’s now over a month later since my last round interview, still no word, and the role has already been taken down and reposted. Being ghosted like that is absolutely ridiculous.
It’s really frustrating to put in all that time and effort, do well in every round, and then basically be left hanging with zero clarity. If you apply here, just know you might not hear back for weeks (if at all) and you’ll be left guessing what’s actually happening.
