The recruiters, talent coordinators, and hiring managers were all extremely helpful throughout the hiring process. It is obvious that iCIMS employees seem both intelligent and happy to be working there. I look forward to joining the team.

Overall interview process was straight forward. little bit lengthy process but quick turn around after every interview. HR team is always responsive for any questions you may have during the interview and kept updated on the progress and next steps.
Applied online and recruiter contacted after 2 weeks.
Total 10-11 interviews including initial call with HR team. Also you have to give CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test) and personality assessment test online and after that only the interview process will start. Each in-person interview was for about 45 mins with focusing on overall experience and behavior questions.

Very streamlined interview process. I had two phone interviews and then an on-site where I met with a hiring manager, his supervisor, and my future peers. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming, - great experience overall.
