Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and the conversation started there. We agreed on a common time for the call which did happen. Post that the recruiter never got back to me. I kept messaging the recruiter on LinkedIn but she never replied. I managed to get her email address and sent her details there , still no reply.
iCIMS is supposed to be the best places to work in NJ but if this is how the recruiter behaves what should an individual expect

Entrevista
The interview process went smooth- first a phone interview with HR, followed by phone screen with hiring manager. Later was selected for in-person interview where i was interviewed with 6 members with the team i will be working with. I also had a second interview with the hiring manager who told me more about the role and once that was done i was offered the job immediately the next day. The total process was about 3 weeks.
