Thete was no interview for me. I just emailed and I was able to get the job and he sent me documents to read about the job. Very easy but also the job is very interesting as well.
Quick, just want to know how you are around kids and to see if you can handle making the rights calls even when the parents try to get involved. Can you also stay composed under pressure and control your environment.

Easy background check and quick phone call. Helps to have a referral and fun to work with friends. Must enjoy working with kids and being friendly to angry parents. Phone call consists of simple questions and shouldn’t be anything to worry about.
