The company seems to be going in the right direction in regards to growth from the research conducted; however interviewing and the actual scheduling as well as the organization is the worst I have experienced. After interviewing four times I was asked to pick from one of twenty positions open while looking to expand my knowledge I was not sure what was going on as I was told I had been a top candidate. When the last interview was complete I was told someone will contact me within 48 hours and I have yet to hear anything after over three weeks which is unprofessional as well as a waste of time. The company needs to be more transparent in the process.
