I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks. At first they rejected my application, but in 2 weeks after that I've got a call from the HR team. I've been told than one of their executives had discovered my CV and wants me to be interviewed for a new opening. The interview process was not very long one:
1) Interview with HR manager
2) Interview with Senior Manager
3) Test task (case study)
