Straight forward and transparent interview process. The process is a 45 minute zoom call with an HR team member, followed by a call with the sales enablement team, followed by a third call with the sales director (hiring manager)

The interview process was very standard for an account executive role. 20 minute sales presentation etc. When I met the CRO he tried a strong arm approach to get me to accept the job without having seen the offer. I asked about PTO and he responded that I would be working on my days off. His response was more aggressive with vulgar language that I won’t post on glassdoor. He tried to close me on the job like a used car salesman and that was concerning. I didn’t appreciate he showed up late and was eating his food either. Just showed a lack of respect throughout the process. In retrospect - I appreciate what he did for me. He did keep me from accepting the wrong job. There is a benefit to that.
