Interviewed as a technician when I first joined gWorks. Went through 2 rounds. First with the former GIS manager then with the Executive team. Questions focused on GIS and customer service knowledge.

They bring you into a conference room. Questions revolve around the use of ESRI software, best GIS practices, and client interactions. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interviews are personable.

Entrevista
Very relaxed. They were straight forward and polite and care about giving you experience in the real world. Very direct as well. 2 person panel and was given a tour of the place when finished with the interview and the different projects they worked on. Didn't feel hostile at all
