Interviewed with the corporate recruiter - very conversational. Understood the role and was capable of doing the personality and skill screen. Advanced to C-Level interview which was via skype. An unnerving experience. It kept getting disconnected and the interviewer had an obvious lack of interest. Cold. Not really difficult questions just a sort of 'too-cool-for-shool' persona, no chemistry. Despite this advanced to the next level which was a phoner with the GM of another office. Position is still open and I understand the position has been re-defined. Very difficult to make the connection of the screen process.
