The interview took about an hour and is pretty packed with open ended questions. Then for any leadership position you have to have a phone interview with the district manager and pass a background check. Then at the end of the in person interview you have to put together an outfit for the occasion they tell you to dress for.

One interview and had to create a few looks based on a scenario provided. Interview was behavioral and styling was so much fun. After that the offer was almost immediate. Very easy process and good for entry level roles

My interview process was pleased but i think that was because I had an amazing manager at the time. She was great and had a fun energy and was very positive and nice.
Very easy and light hearted. The manager was kind and open to answering all my questions about the role. I enjoyed talking with her and meeting the assistant manager. They were both welcoming and friendly.
