Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.

Entrevista
Applied online and got a call shortly after, asking if I’d like to set up an interview. Scheduled my interview and interviewed less than a week from getting the call. From there I answered questions and explained past work experience, current availability, etc. Then, they asked me to style two outfits — both of which they loved! Was told they’d call me in a few days with their decision and received a message saying they were offering me the job, again within the week I’d interviewed during. Now just going from there!

The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
