3 interviews. Initial with 1 manager, second with two managers, and last with Ceo. They are testing sales capability, through cold call scenarios. They also see how good of a fit you are for the role through questions about personal life.
The first step was a simple phone screening with the recruiter. It was pretty easy - the recruiter mostly just got to me and we chatted a little bit and talked some about the job.
