On evolvedMD's website and when talking to the recruiter, they stated that it was a quick process with explicitly defined steps: 1. talk to a recruiter 2. interview with hiring manager 3. get an offer letter. Well, I got another job offer after step 2 and before step 3 would have happened, so I let them know I would need a decision by the end of the week (this was on a Tuesday, and my hiring manager interview had been the Friday before). I heard nothing from them for two days, until Thursday at 4 pm they told me I suddenly needed to do another interview at 9 am on Friday. I did the interview and they asked me the exact same questions as the hiring manager interview the week before. Then, in spite of knowing that I needed a hiring decision by the end of that day, they ghosted me. It has been over two weeks and they never communicated with me again after the surprise 3rd round interview. In that interview they also informed me that if you need to take time off to go to a dr appt, you are expected to take the ENTIRE DAY off and use your PTO for that. The expectations regarding caseload are absolutely ridiculous (up to 40 clients a week and what little time you have in between seeing clients you are expected to do 15 minute follow up appointments during so you get literally no breaks). They lied about their interview process and they clearly don't value their employees if they're going to have such high caseloads and a laughable PTO policy where you literally cannot take an hour off to go to the doctor without wasting an entire day of PTO. Stay far far away from this company. Wasted my time and were highly unprofessional.

The interview was easy, seamless and the interviewers are very kind, welcoming, excited to talk to me. Time was just right. Questions were mindful and pertained to the job description.
