The most odd initial call from talent acquisition recruiter I ever had. He asked very specific benefits and compensations questions about my previous company. Even asking about health benefits. My gut feeling was that he was collecting information for other reasons than to look for a good potential candidate. I sent a follow up email and was ghosted.

Had a great initial interview. enVista told me how they were excited to hand me over to the hiring manager for the next round. They stated that it would be early next week that I would hear back and I sent her a Thank You email directly after the interview. Well, a week went by and two follow-up emails later to ask when I would get the next invite....no reply. Never have I had an experience like this from an employer that has a lot of positions to fill from what I can see on their website. If this is the way they treat prospects, I can't imagine how they treat employees. Thanks for wasting my time.
