1) Online info session attendance 2) Reference check - You are required to have 2 people who you work/worked with to complete the reference check. I heard it was quite long so make sure you have more than 2 people in mind in case they are busy. 3) First interview (around 45 min) with HR required a presentation about yourself which you need to prepare prior and they give you info you need to include such as describe yourself in 3 words, strength/weakness, and success/failure stories etc. I think they were really looking at the language level because the interview was conducted in both English and Japanese and they kept switching the language depending on the question. They also asked a lot about how much you know about the company and why you want to join. 4) Personality test (3E) - It had about 100 question with time limit 5) Final Interview (60-90 min) - They do a deep dive about your motivation, what working means to you, situational questions etc. (English and Japanese)
