The process was very casual, with 2 steps in the process: meeting the management and then with peers. Management were friendly and asked plenty of questions that were relevant to the role and getting to know the applicant as a person. Role was withdrawn

Interview went ok and the hiring manager was clear about the role. After the interview they showed me around the office which was a positive sign. They were also clear about the next steps and gave me time to ask my questions.
