4. Face to Face interview
Horrible experience, they did not even selected single person in the group discussion. Fake advertisements for jobs & vacancies. Full of time waste.
The three rounds typically break down across these structural levels:
Round 1: Narrative & Clarity (The HR/Screener Stage): This round tests how concisely you can tell your professional story. The focus here is on articulateness, energy, and ensuring you don't over-explain your transitions.
Round 2: Situational & Stakeholder Management (The Hiring Manager Stage): Here, your communication is tested against real-world friction. They are evaluating how you handle objections, explain revenue metrics simply, and communicate across cross-functional gaps.
Round 3: Executive Presence & Alignment (The Leadership Stage): The final round looks at your ability to speak the language of business strategy. Leaders look for high-level synthesis, active listening, and a collaborative, peer-to-peer communication style.
Only one round of interview for this job role you have. It was pretty easy you should be very confident to crack the interview. Prepare on the sales pitch knownabout the product and the counseling part.
