Very easy, quick and smooth interview process. One intro phone call to learn more about the role and then one in-person interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews were very casual and conversational making the whole process very transparent. They know what kind of people and skills they are looking for and know how to interview accordingly. None of those textbook interview questions that aren't really useful in showing how you're really going to be in the workplace.
