It started with a first contact by e-mail, scheduling the interview for the following days.
The interview went with 2 people, one male IT specialist and one female (which I didn't really get what she is doing in there).

Background, skills, IT experience, and shortly (nearly nothing about the project).
HR first, then Project Lead in charge of your team, and lastly C-level more hands on interview. Not hard, but experience accounts a lot in the process so they understand your capabilities.
