Em primeiro lugar, preenchimento de formulário e Curriculum no site da Easyjet Carrers. Se aprovado, te convidam para realizar uma série de testes online, de raciocínio lógico, personalidade e dia a dia da profissão. Por fim, após aprovação ocorre o agendamento do Assessment day e entrevista individual.
The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
