Initial stages of interview process were smooth. Contacted by HR within 1/2 weeks of applying, with a first interview the following week. First interview seemed to go well but sadly it wasn't meant to be. After the interview, they completely ghosted me. They eventually updated their portal to 'rejected' having ignored my follow up. I felt this was pretty poor given I had personally spoken to two colleagues and taken time out from work to interview.
