Straightforward, unintimidating and accessible interview process. Two parts, initially a 15 minute phone call, followed by a 30 minute video call interview. You then submit a 2 minute video introducing yourself, which they share with their client pool. Projects come on a rolling basis.

Applied online. Got an email after 2-3 weeks about 15 minute initial phone screening. Interviewer late by around 7 minutes and once in the call felt rushed. Rejected after this stage so not sure what’s ahead.
