The first interview was a Skype interview where they asked some of the general questions. From there, they let me know if I was invited to an in-person interview (this was in 2018) or if I had been rejected. I heard back from them within a week. The in-person interview was a group style interview that consisted of learning about the company, then doing some teaching demos based off of material that they gave you there. There was also an English grammar and reading comprehension test, but it was really easy. After the group interview was completed, they handed you an envelope letting you know if they wanted to have an individual interview. My individual interview lasted about thirty minutes, and I heard back from them within a month that I had gotten the job.
