After applying online, a recruiter reached out to me by email to set up an interview. I responded with available times. The recruiter then shared my availability with a second, more senior talent acquisition colleague. That recruiter set up a phone interview. Ten minutes before the scheduled interview, they emailed that they were 'under the weather' and needed to reschedule the following week. Six days went by and after not hearing back, I reached out to follow up only to receive a response from the recruiter that upon reflection, they were not going to consider me but wished me best of luck in my 'endeavors." I only hope the company treats its customers better than its job candidates. I lost any and all respect for their brand.
