pretty easy. Talked to the hiring manager via phone call. Just show that you have basic conversation skills. She also role played a sales interaction so be a little prepared to know how you would sell. And when they give feedback, show that you are coachable

They were straight to the point and they only make you do an initial interview to see if you’d be a good fit and discuss the company and the role you applied for.
